BFCM Season: November & December

During your highest-spend months, our rate drops to a flat 3% with no performance bonuses applied. We don't believe in making an outsized fee during your seasonal ramp. This alone saves over $100K versus the standard rate on BFCM-level spend.

Performance Bonus

When we outperform,
we share in the upside.

Monthly performance bonuses reward sustained excellence. ROAS opens the door, CAC efficiency opens the higher floors. Evaluated monthly. Applied to that month's spend. January through October only.

How metrics are measured

ROAS is calculated as the combined Google Ads + Meta Ads conversions value divided by spend (the same number in Melleka's daily performance briefs). CAC is Vegamour's own Tableau-reported Customer Acquisition Cost (Total Performance Marketing Spend ÷ New Customers). No separate calculations, no attribution debates. Your data, your definitions.

Anything Else Digital

Influencer paid amplification, social media strategy, website recommendations, PR support, content production guidance — if it's digital and it helps grow Vegamour, it's included.

Initial Term

For the first 6 months. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. We earn your trust, not demand it.

After 6 Months

3-Month Rolling

Transitions to quarterly rolling agreements for stability on both sides. Still no long-term lock-in.

Payment Terms

Net 15

Invoice issued on the 1st for the prior month's managed spend. Due within 15 days.

Monthly Google & Meta invoices serve as the source of truth for managed spend calculations.

Key Definitions

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Combined Google Ads + Meta Ads conversions value divided by spend, using PRIMARY conversion actions only. This is the same number reported in Melleka's daily ROAS performance briefs.

CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

Vegamour's internally reported CAC from their Tableau dashboard, calculated as Total Performance Marketing Spend divided by New Customers. Vegamour's own data and definitions are the source of truth.

Managed Ad Spend

The total advertising dollars spent on platforms actively managed by Melleka during the billing period, as verified by platform invoices.

New Customer

As defined and reported in Vegamour's internal Tableau ecommerce daily report.
